ELIGIBLE MACHINES	-	Any TX750 which continues to have oil leakage and/or mechanical noise problems even though previously recommended correction procedures have been applied.
PARTS ALLOWANCE	-	Coverage will include the cost of the kit plus the cost of other engines parts found to be damaged.
TIME LIMIT	-	Complete all kit installations by May 31, 1974, and mail all warranty claims by June 14, 1974.
