TX750                               HEADSTOCK GUSSET, Enlargement of wiring hole

On some TX750 machines, the wiring hole on the right-hand headstock gusset is not large enough to pass the main switch harness connector. This hole may be enlarged by inserting the chisel end of a 24" (+) crowbar between the gusset and head pipe, and carefully and slowly bending out the gusset.

Be careful when using the crowbar that wiring inside frame near headstock is not damaged. See drawings below for correct routing of electrical wiring and control cables in headstock area.
