TX750 DEFECTIVE PUMP SHAFT COVER OIL SEAL, R and R Procedure (cont.)

9. Place special tool (Photo #1) over pump shaft. Apply grease to seal lip and "O" rings. Slip cover (20) into place. Install circlip (24). Remove 6mm rotor cover disassembly screws and tool.

Special tool, P/N 908-90011-05-00, (See Figure #3) guides seal over shaft shoulder preventing seal lip from rolling under.
10. Install governor and breaker plate assemblies. Clean
11. Reset point gap (.014") and ignition timing. Replace cover and shift lever.

9.	Place special tool (Photo #1) over pump shaft. Apply grease to seal lip and "O" rings. Slip cover (20) into place. Install circlip (24). Remove 6mm rotor cover disassembly screws and tool.
