TX750                                      OIL LEAK AT CAMSHAFT CARRIER BASE

Oil around the head gasket joint on TX750's may be caused by leakage between the cam carrier base and head. (See illustration below.) Oil will leak under carrier into air passages between cylinders. Check carefully around the spark plug area and front and rear of head to determine if cam carrier or head gasket leaks. If cam carrier leaks, remove and seal with R.T.V. sealant.

Use Failure Code 21. Use Job Code 1400 camshaft exchange at 3.8 hours. One claim per machine.
