These modifications are made to improve the life/reliability of main and big end crankshaft bearings under the stress of high performance use. The oiling system is converted from dry to wet sump, using external oil lines to a remote spin-on oil filter. Internal galleries that are long and tortuous are bypassed giving better flow, and the scavenge pump becomes a feed pump, having greater capacity. The motor must be completely dismantled to make these changes.

The sump is modified or replaced. This is still under refinement for ease of filling, greater capacity, and checking of level.
